HISTORY

Lead Summer Camp Counselor 2021-24
My spark for non profit work was ignited by my first job at my local community center. This experience served as my first taste for leadership and staff management.

Membership Coordinator 2022-24
During my time serving as a membership coordinator, I was able to create deeper and meaningful connections with those in my community. I learned crucial soft skills such as team work, problem-solving, and adaptability.

Founder of The Benton Youth Action Board 2022-24
In 2023, I fulfilled my desire for improving my community by partnering with a 501(c)(3) For The Cause. Together, we collaborated to build a youth-led volunteer group of nearly 20 high school students.

This initiative implemented lifelong commitment to philanthropy and trained students to take on the roles and responsibilities of a board of directors. Following Robert's Rules of Order, Benton YAB makes their own agendas, and decisions while supporting the community and learning real-life skills that further develop their personal careers. In 2024, the board, with the help of community partners, raised $19,000 to support local pediatric cancer.

Board Member: Berwick Jan 2025 - Present
In 2025 I began serving the Community Giving Foundation as their youngest ever board member. In this role, I am honored to collaborate with key community leaders to direct foundation funds to areas of need.

It has been so rewarding to put my learnings into practice in a professional setting.

YABA - Vice President Jul 2024- Present
I've continued to give back to the program that has done so much for me by taking on the role of Vice President for the Youth Action Board Alumni Association.

In this volunteer position, I participate in bimonthly meetings to discuss crucial plans to ensure future organization stability and raise funds for ongoing processes.
In 2025 our board executed 2 major fundraisers, leading to the opening of our very own endowed fund, executing our strategic plan, and securing our long term success in serving Columbia County teens.

BUWBB Social Media Manager Aug 2024- Present
I currently hold the position of the Bloomsburg Women's Basketball Team Social Media Manager. This position allows for me to express my passion for sports alongside developing my communications skills.

My job is to highlight all things BUWBB. This includes gameday coverage, incoming recruits, team news, score repots, fundraising marketing, and shorts attention catching videos.

This year I have really enjoyed expanding on traditional content, and adding short form video content. The girls participate in weekly Q&A videos, with the idea in boosting community involvement and brand favorability.
